Moosader.com Competition: There has been two competitions which Moosader.com has put out, two which we've competed in, and two we've been in first place.
Competition 00: "Text Base game with a made-up product placement". Emerald Cola was the made up product, and there was three different break throughs for this text game which has made it a massive leap forwards for a text game. It feels more like a 2D game with ascii characters. The competition was a two weeks project ending on Dec 12. Emerald Cola tied for first place. You can find the game under "Playable" under the members section (login to see it).
Competition 01: "Supa Group-Project Dueling Game!". This was a spoof on another product placement. The differance was, a cartoon company wanted to cash in on making a game for their product. Make a dueling game where players can duel in any form you want. The other requirement was, you had to be in a team. Our game was called "Neon Dragon-R Card Duelers". The competition was a five week project ending on March 28. Special thanks to Benjamin Watt of Cloverhill Studio who was the team member who lead the project. We took first place! You can find our award winning game under the option "Playables" as well.
WolfCrown.com is always looking for people to team up with. Maybe even create something worth selling to the general public.

Making a Demo: The grand plan for a massive game demo has been put on the back burner since I felt that this web site could say it for me. Therefore, I'm putting in the time to add more features.
|
Web Site - Over Site: They have been updated and I want to apologies for any problems this has caused to those who haven't confirmed there registration. The next step is to add two or three features which won't be noticed by the user, but will make the site more user friendly. I'm guilty of kicking myself in the teeth, and biting off more then I can chew. The features I have planed for this site are vast unto it's self. Be aware that without reachable income produced by the web site, the features aren't going to happen quickly. Only direct features for coding journal, show-&-tell for placement agenst, and attacting team members will be worked on for now.

Team 3: In the past I've had crew members join up and then fail to meet any expectations. I'm proud to say the new people I'm working with seem well ground in the shared goal of creating a game. Although, I'm the only one with prior game development experience, I feel their skills will carry this project to completion. The goal is to make a 2D story/puzzle game based in the old times of ship traded good and oil lanterns.
